This Privacy Policy explains how Doxa Wallet (“Doxa”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Doxa Wallet mobile application and related services.
1. Who we are
Doxa Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application. Contact: support@doxawallet.com.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the app, we may process:
- Wallet identifiers such as public wallet addresses and network activity needed to show balances and history.
- Device and app data such as push notification tokens, app version, and basic diagnostic events.
- Transaction metadata related to swaps, bridges, exchanges, bill payments, and similar features you initiate.
- Support communications if you contact us by email or Telegram.
Private keys, recovery phrases, and wallet passwords are generated and stored on your device using secure device storage mechanisms. We do not have access to your recovery phrase or private keys.
3. How we use information
- To operate wallet features you request (send, receive, swap, bridge, buy/sell, bills).
- To display balances, quotes, fees, and transaction status.
- To send optional notifications you enable.
- To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. Blockchain and third parties
Blockchain transactions are public by design. When you use third-party infrastructure (blockchain networks, RPC providers, liquidity/bridge providers, payment or bills partners, analytics or notification services), those providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Storage and security
Sensitive credentials are intended to remain on your device in secure storage (such as Android Keystore / iOS Keychain via the app’s secure storage layer). You are responsible for protecting your device, PIN/biometrics, and recovery phrase. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
6. Data retention
We retain operational and support data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and accounting needs, resolve disputes, and comply with law. On-chain data may persist indefinitely on public networks.
7. Your choices
- You can disable biometrics or notifications in app or device settings.
- You can delete the app and local wallet data from your device (this does not delete blockchain history).
- Contact us to ask questions about privacy practices at the email above.
8. Children’s privacy
Doxa Wallet is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of digital consent in your region).
9. International processing
Service providers may process data in different countries. Where required, we take steps appropriate to the nature of the service and applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
